YourNextAway (“we”, “us”, “our”) is operated by Diablo Aquila Ltd (United Kingdom), Company No: 17010899. This policy explains how we collect, use, store, share and protect information when you use the YourNextAway website and mobile application.
Affiliate Disclosure
YourNextAway contains affiliate links. We may earn a commission when you click a link to a third-party provider, such as a flight, hotel, ticket, experience, transfer or insurance provider, and complete a purchase. This does not normally increase the price you pay.
Affiliate commissions help fund the development and operation of YourNextAway.
1. Information We Collect
- Email address and account identifier when you create or use an account
- Authentication and session information
- Profile preferences, including home city, preferred airport, currency and travel preferences
- Trips, saved items and information you choose to add to your account
- Device, operating system and app version information
- App interactions, analytics, performance and diagnostic information
- IP address and approximate city or country-level location
- Affiliate link interactions and referral attribution
- Information included in support or feedback requests
We do not intentionally collect payment card details, government identification documents or precise GPS location.

- Create and maintain user accounts
- Save profile preferences and trip information
- Provide football travel, fixture and trip-planning functionality
- Respond to support and feedback requests
- Analyse product usage and performance

3. Affiliate and Advertising Tracking
YourNextAway may include affiliate links and may display advertising. Third-party providers and affiliate networks may use referral identifiers, cookies or similar technologies to attribute clicks and purchases.
When you leave YourNextAway and visit a third-party provider, that provider’s own privacy policy and terms apply.
4. Cookies, SDKs and Similar Technologies
Our website and application may use cookies, software development kits and similar technologies for authentication, analytics, application performance, security and affiliate attribution.
Browser cookies can usually be controlled through browser settings. Disabling certain technologies may prevent some features from working correctly.
5. Data Storage and Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including access controls and encrypted network connections where supported.
No online service can guarantee absolute security. Users should protect access to their email account and device.

We do not sell personal data. We may provide limited information to service providers that help us operate YourNextAway, including:

7. Data Retention
Account and profile data is normally retained while your account remains active.
When an account is deleted, account data under our control is deleted or anonymised without unnecessary delay. Limited records may be retained where required for fraud prevention, security, accounting, legal compliance or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
Backup copies may remain for a limited period as part of routine backup and disaster recovery processes before being overwritten.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your location, including under UK data protection law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection to certain processing of your personal data.

9. Delete YourNextAway Account
YourNextAway users can permanently delete their account from inside the mobile application.
In the app, open:
- Profile
- Open the profile menu
- Select Account & Privacy
- Select Delete account
- Complete both confirmation steps
This process permanently deletes the YourNextAway authentication account and associated online account data under our control. The app also attempts to remove locally stored trips, saved items and Wallet attachments from that device.
Users who cannot access the app may request account deletion by emailing db@yournextaway.com from the email address connected to their YourNextAway account.
Include the words “Account deletion request” in the email subject. We may need to verify that the requester controls the account before completing the request.
Data that must be retained for legal, accounting, security, fraud-prevention or dispute-resolution purposes may be kept only for as long as necessary for those purposes. Routine backup copies may remain temporarily until they are overwritten.

YourNextAway is intended for users aged 18 years and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as YourNextAway develops or when legal and operational requirements change. The date at the top of this page will show when it was most recently updated.
